Jay Sternberg is the founder of 3 Things Consulting. For more than two decades, he led teams as a Partner at two global consulting firms. He’s coached leaders across industries, guided organizations through high-pressure transformations, and built trust with people at every level.

What defines Jay isn’t titles or positions, it’s his belief that leadership happens in the moments that matter most: the hallway conversations, the tough meetings, the times when presence outweighs perfection.
